Print Booking Summary

Coming Soon

When you load a booking, you may want to print the booking summary for your own records.

The current layout of this print summary option is a default template that’s un-editable. Soon you will be able to edit the template to suit your own requirements.

Go to Setup > Documentation > Booking Summary

Within the editor, you’ll be able to define your own layout using our new WYSIWYG editor. You can either insert our default template, or you can create your own from scratch.

By clicking on the tokens buttons, you’ll find all the same data fields you’ve used in editing your email and/or invoice templates.

We do have the option to display the VAT breakdown on bookings itself and within any email communications to your customers.

To enable VAT breakdown on your account, you will need to email support@anytimebooking.co.uk and we will switch this on for you.

Copying rates from one unit to another

Copying Rates

To copy rates from one unit to another click on the ‘copy rates to another unit’ button at the top of your finished tariff. The pop up below will appear. Choose which unit you want to copy the current tariff to. If you are copying between tariffs make sure you have created the target tariff before you try to copy the rates.

Please note: Copying rates over to another unit, when you’ve already put in rates for it, will permanently overwrite the rates you put in for that unit previously. So please use this super quick fix with caution!

Weekly Rates by Party Size

Adding Party Size Pricing Conditions

You may want to set ‘party size pricing conditions’ when adding your weekly rates. For example, you may want to charge a a weekly rate dependant on the number of people coming on the holiday.

You can create a weekly price for 1 person booking = your price, 2 people booking = your price, 3 people = your price and so on.  Then, you can set ‘ANY’ to the value above all the party member conditions.

Please note: if you leave a gap in the party member number, let’s say you had 2 people = £50 and then 4 people = £100, and then you made a booking for 3 people, this will look at any appropriate bands below it’s current value.

Adding Daily Rates

Adding Daily Rates

Daily rates is a quick and easy way of adding a nightly price with flexible changeover days.

Please remember:

  • When adding daily rates, you can’t also add short breaks and weekly breaks for the same dates.
  • You need to make sure different bands of dates don’t overlap (unless you’re putting in a cascading rate) e.g. if you end one pricing band on the 31st March, then the next one must start on the 1st April, not the 31st March!
  • The dates of any band refers to the first and last night of the booking. So, a three day weekend band from Friday to Sunday means your customers arrive on Friday, stay 3 nights and leave on the Monday.

Here’s a video on how to add daily rates:

Multi Plot for Camping

Multi plot is designed for campsites and touring parks who want to know what the customer is bringing, which then determines what pitch the booking is allowed to go on.  This is great for campsites who have various pitch sizes and want to make sure each customer coming is charge appropriately for the size of vehicle and/or pitch size they require.

***Please let the Anytime Booking support team know you that you intend to use Multi Plot, as we will need to enable this on your account***
