Creating Customer Lists

It’s good to know your customers. So creating customer lists within your Anytime Booking account is going to help you quickly identify a specific type of customer.

You might want to identify customers you would like to blacklist, or reward (loyalty scheme), or who use your site for caravan storage, for example.

Go to Setup > Marketing > Customer Lists

You can have up to have up to 12 different lists, with different assigned colours.  Once you have created a list name and appropriate colour…

… you can find the customer you would like to place on a list.  Go to Customers

You can then tick the appropriate list for this customer.

Once you have done this, the coloured dots will appear on the Bookings List.

We all know what we would use the blacklist for! Although you can never stop people from booking online again, it is good to pick them out early!

These coloured markers will appear on the Bookings List, Customer Record and Booking Details Card.

In addition, once you have created your lists and assigned the relevant customers to them, the appropriate coloured markers will show up on your arrivals and departures reports for ease of reference if you tick ‘Customer List’ in the extra columns field.

These will appear in an additional column and are ideal for quick identification of certain visitor groups upon arrival or departure.

If you want to view specific Customer Lists and the customers against them you can do this through your Customer Reports tab.
