It’s good to know your customers. So creating customer lists within your Anytime Booking account is going to help you quickly identify a specific type of customer.
Go to Setup > Marketing > Customer Lists
You can have up to have up to 12 different lists, with different assigned colours. Once you have created a list name and appropriate colour…
… you can find the customer you would like to place on a list. Go to Customers…
You can then tick the appropriate list for this customer.
Once you you have done this, the coloured dots will appear on the Bookings List.
We all know what we would use the black list for! Although you can never stop people from booking online again, it is good to pick them out early!
