Click to make the scheduled report active and then choose between daily or weekly. Then set the day of week you’d like the scheduled to start on.

Choose the recipient(s) you’d like to receive the arrivals report.

Click on Save Settings.

Large Reports

If you may want to download large data sets from your account, to do this we can enable ‘Report to Email’ on your account. This simple means that the data is aggregated behind the scenes and emailed to the user creating the report.

Email support to activate this feature and when you go to generated your next report, you’ll see an additional tick box for ‘Send as Email’.

Merge Customer Records

You’ve either noticed two customer records within your account or the customer has emailed you to say they are unable to log into the My Account area – this is because the email address is registered twice and the system doesn’t know which customer record to refer to when they are trying to log in.  In this case you will need to merge the two records together.

Limited Add-On Report

This report shows the dates and availability of add-ons within a certain date range. For example, this could be used to see how many electric hookups are available and how many are booked out for any given day.

Think of the Limited Add-On as a finite resource!

Routine Add-On Report

This report allows you to see all bookings where add-ons have been assigned within a certain date range.

Please note that from August 2017, as a default, all add-ons are automatically ticked so that they are also displayed in the housekeeping report.

Connect SagePay with your Anytime account

Instructions on how to connect SagePay with your Anytime account.

Customer login – My Account Area

Your customers are able to log into the ‘My Account’ area of your Anytime Booking account where they can view their booking history, pay any balances or purchase items through the shop (the shop is where you can sell Gift Vouchers).

You can add this login somewhere on your website with a URL link specific to your account. This link will be your account web address followed by /my_account – so it will look something like https://mycompanyname.anytimebooking.eu/my_account

Creating an Event and Sell Tickets

You can choose to create a new unit specifically for creating an event to sell tickets. I’m going to use the example of creating Georgie’s Disco on Saturday 29th April from 7pm to 11pm (we love a good party!)
