When you receive your Anytime Booking account, the URL (web link) is in this format:

Each user will have their own username and password to access the account area.

NB. We recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Firefox to log into the management area.

Email Marketing Segments

To create email marketing segments, you should have already synced your Anytime Booking account – click here if you haven’t already done this!

Email marketing is a powerful and cost effective way to communicate to all or some of your customers. Segmentation enables you to specifically target a group of visitors – For example, you may want to email every one who stayed with you last year, but hasn’t book with you this year to date, or, you want to email everyone who has ever stayed that came with a dog.

Recording Payments

Every time a booking is made online or placed into the back of your Anytime Booking account a payment record is recreated and displayed on the cash list.

Online Payments

When your customer makes an online booking, they are directed to your payment gateway of choice to physically take the payment. The payment gateway, such as SagePay for example, will send a message back to your booking to say the payment was successful and automatically send out the relevant email template – this payment record will read as CARD ONLINE (WEB) on your cash list report.

Multi Plot for Camping

Multi plot is designed for campsites and touring parks who want to know what the customer is bringing, which then determines what pitch the booking is allowed to go on.  This is great for campsites who have various pitch sizes and want to make sure each customer coming is charge appropriately for the size of vehicle and/or pitch size they require.

Please let the Anytime Booking support team know you that you intend to use Multi Plot, as we will need to enable this on your account 

Cancelled Bookings Report

It is now possible to generate a report of cancelled bookings. As it is part of the bookings report it will show: the booked date, arrival date, the departure date, the customer’s name, party size and length of stay as well as the unit they are booked into. You can also see a simple breakdown of the cost of each booking, including the base cost, any add-ons, the total cost, how much has been paid to date and how much is left to pay.

Going LIVE Checklist

So, you’ve played around with all of the settings, checked all your rates, chosen and configured your AddOns and had all of your booking pages styled.  We recommend at this point that you go through the following ‘test-booking’ steps to make sure your account is ready to be switched on to start taking real bookings through your website and over the telephone.

Top Tip: While making test bookings on your account, always make sure you use an email address that’s not the same as your company address. Use something like

Adding Weekly and Short Break Rates (pre May 2018)

NB. For new customers joining us from May 2018, we no longer offer Weekly and Short-Break rates in this format. 

You can still achieve Weekly and Short Breaks in the Daily Rate module.


For those of you already using Weekly and Short-Breaks, to add weekly rates go to Setup > Rates > Daily / Weekly / Short Breaks 


  • When adding short breaks and weekly breaks, you can’t also add daily rates over the same dates!
  • The dates of any band refers to the first and last night of the booking. So, a three day weekend band from Friday to Sunday means your customers arrive on Friday, stay 3 nights and leave on the Monday.
