Multi Plot for Camping

Multi plot is designed for campsites and touring parks who want to know what the customer is bringing, which then determines what pitch the booking is allowed to go on.  This is great for campsites who have various pitch sizes and want to make sure each customer coming is charge appropriately for the size of vehicle and/or pitch size they require.

Please let the Anytime Booking support team know you that you intend to use Multi Plot, as we will need to enable this on your account

Going LIVE Checklist

So, you’ve played around with all of the settings, checked all your rates, chosen and configured your AddOns and had all of your booking pages styled.  We recommend at this point that you go through the following ‘test-booking’ steps to make sure your account is ready to be switched on to start taking real bookings through your website and over the telephone.

Top Tip: While making test bookings on your account, always make sure you use an email address that’s not the same as your company address. Use something like jack@yahoo.co.uk.

What rate structure is for you?

Here’s a summary of your different rate structure options.

Daily (most popular and flexible!)

Daily rates are the quickest and most flexible way of adding your rates. We highly recommended setting up your accommodation using daily rates.

Weekly and Short Breaks  (these will be switched off for new customers from May 2018)

A traditional way of setting rates. Weekly and short breaks are rigid set date ranges.

Please note: When choosing which rates to use, choose either daily or weekly and short breaks.

Agency Features (old)

If you have our Agency Module enabled on your account, you can locate the ‘Agency’ area in the top navigation bar of your account once you’ve logged in.

Activity: How to create a Time-Based Unit

This is a step-by-step instruction on how to configure a time-based unit for your activity. There is an video guide at the bottom of this guide to help.

Always remember that there are three possible places in the system where you will need to apply pricing:

  • The Unit – The activity name. Apply pricing to the unit level will initiate the availability. Place a £0 price here if you are charging by the person.
  • Party Member – you can add as many Party Members as you like; Adult, Children and Infant are the most common. Once you’ve created a Party Member you can apply this to multiple units. Remember to add your pricing under the rates tab.
PLEASE NOTE: whatever date ranges and times you create for the Unit, it must be the same date range and time on the Party Member.
  • AddOns (Optional) – this is where you can charge for extras, maybe courses, or merchandise. More information about AddOns here.

Adding Weekly and Short Break Rates (pre May 2018)

NB. For new customers joining us from May 2018, we no longer offer Weekly and Short-Break rates in this format.

You can still achieve Weekly and Short Breaks in the Daily Rate module.

For those of you already using Weekly and Short-Breaks, to add weekly rates go to Setup > Rates > Daily / Weekly / Short Breaks

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WHEN ADDING RATES, THE DATES SHOULD NOT OVERLAP UNLESS THE PARTY SIZE IS DIFFERENT.

  • When adding short breaks and weekly breaks, you can’t also add daily rates over the same dates!
  • The dates of any band refers to the first and last night of the booking. So, a three day weekend band from Friday to Sunday means your customers arrive on Friday, stay 3 nights and leave on the Monday.
